​@ For you first question, the bot works right out of the box. You can enter a URL or just text to build it's knowledge base. It can answer questions, collect contacts, enter them in a CRM, present a booking link to prospects, respond via SMS and trigger other automations. Our product just added a voice receptionist function so the AI can also answer the phone with the same knowledge. It's super slick. It would not be considered an agent yet though, automations are required. We have not built the AI module yet. Although a working chatbot could illicit the same conversation from a prospect while gathering contacts. Is this for you to use? You run an agency? The internet is mostly defined by ietf. Proposals are defined by rfc, which are technical documents that are openly available technical _specifications_ (meaning specifically written to be specific and avoid ambiguity). I am sure it’s part of ChatGPT’s training regiment. Go ahead, ask chatgpt some questions about how tcp is supposed to work in some specific (eg error) situations, I did, its answer is gonna stun you (spoiler the rfc clearly says it’s not that, yet it tells me it’s like that)… that said the key maybe is not more training data, it’s user wrong data?

The focus is on the strategies and design elements that have been effective for real-world sites. Sharing real examples with a large audience could skew analytics data for those sites, which is why we built this mock example.
