I was recently made aware of a deep resentment I was holding not just for the person who was so hurtful but for me for exposing my family to this very toxic individual who initially appeared to be the “sheep” until the “wolf “ came out.This time I also saw how our goodness became a trigger for her, causing her own resentment and anger that came out as abuse. I will be working through the anger to let go of the resentment and open up the healing joy of forgiveness. Thank you 💙🦋🙏🏼❄️💙🦋🙏🏼❄️💙.

Hi Nancy, many OLD thoughts, some imagined with a specific person, have been surfacing consistently for me. As a child, teen, and young adult, I had to suppress my words to keep peace in the family home. It appears to be a cleansing process for me to bring up emotions in order to release and letting the other person's contribution go, forgiving them as well as myself. Thank you for continuing to post spiritual guidance. 😇🙏❤

Thank you for this very important video, time for releasing as circumstances have rocked my world for too long . I can relate to this video. I believe I am a good person but I have fallen into resentment that still affects my life. I will give it another go. Appreciate the help 🙏

I understand that my anger must’ve been quashed when I was too young to remember. Anytime I’d been hurt, I always wondered what had hurt the other person so bad that made them do that to me 🤔 & as the years went by I realised I was using sarcasm to cope with it. I’m 61 now & learning to forgive the national health service for the damage done to me as a child as I still have the pain!

"Just release it down the grounding field." I like the simplicity of that. Listening to this video reminds me of a healing workshop that I went to several years ago. They were helping one of the men release his stuffed anger. When he started yelling, it triggered a fear in me. I had a fear of men's anger. I started crying like a baby. Then the group helped me to work through my fear of men's anger. Also, sometimes for me, anger is a signal to set a boundary. The group helped me learn how to set boundaries. Other ways that I have released resentment/anger is by journaling - writing it out. There is magic in the pen, but I usually have to be bleeding and on fire to get to a point where I am willing to do the journaling. "Just release it down the grounding field." I like that. 💖

wow, this is just what I need. as a live-in caregiver for my elderly parents (for over 11 yrs) resentment is something I really struggle with and feel guilty about. I have done a lot of releasing and it has gotten better but Guides have shown me I still have a LOT left. it's not "one and done" , it's a process and there are layers. thank you

Super helpful. I’ve always been a very forgiving person and have encouraged others to forgive. I relate to what you’re saying about being frustrated with where we are at as a world and country. I recently was surprised at my feelings regarding the United Healthcare incident. It exposed my deep frustration with insurance company’s and big corporations and the greed that drives so much of how our country is run. I keep working to stay in a higher frequency and stay in peace, unity, compassion, love…. It’s helpful to know that even as healers and souls wanting to bring in more light for the highest good of all, we too can have our shadows. Thank you for shedding light on this and providing tools for releasing all that does not serve the highest good.

This enlightenment works for me. Thank you! When I hear a message for me, I note it in my journal. This is a reference point to build upon. I use you initials to “shorthand” my note taking. I noticed that the initials for the people I feel resentful for are the same as your initials. Synchronicity? Gratitude!

This is up for me at present...two resentments presented themselves to me recently and I thought I was not a resentful sort of person...one was just about a fellow masseur who wanted to swap a massage with me 2 years ago and I gave her one, at a time when I really could have done with the money, I lost £10 as i paid for the room..and despite asking twice she still hasn't returned the favour. I'm not sure why this is so big for me, but it is. Im working on it!

Growing up I was the youngest of five. My mom worked. I was left at home with an abusive, narcissistic brother. 😢 Even when my parents were home, if he raised his hand 🤚and threatened to hit me I wasn’t punished for yelling. I wasn’t allowed/supposed to scream 🙀 in fear until after he hit me. 😢 I grew up hiding 😶‍🌫️ at the library, outside of friends’ homes. 😢 I was seen as over exaggerating. 😢 My parents kicked him out eventually. My parents divorced and he wanted to move back in. I begged my mom not to let him. She told him this. He wanted to get me back for this. 😮I moved out because I was afraid of eventual violence against me and my things. None of my siblings or parents ever really cared 😢

@@rturney6376 I have heard your story many times when working with clients. It is such a struggle when one of your children is the abuser of the other children. If it was a husband or wife, it might be a little easier to just get divorced. But how do you divorce your child? But we must set boundaries even with children.

Don't you think the Solar Plexus chakra holds onto emotions and those threads that connect us to other people that can be hurtful to us and them? I was told that many years ago but maybe that applies to broken relationships. This is such a useful exercise - I do share your grounding technique with all of my patients - it's so appreciated. Thank you! And I totally agree that getting angry can be absolutely appropriate but we mustn't dwell on it. In the Five Elements system, Wood is the place where anger (or lack of it) comes from and when there is an imbalance there, it can squash the Joy, which is from the Fire element next in the cycle. So in order to have healthy emotions, we need to be more like children who are able to move through all of them more easily, until they learn to hang onto things....Lets be more like the children! 🙏💞✨

@@elizabethcoulas2652 I recommend my grounding meditation, which is free on my website. If you need more direction trying to find it I will see what I can do. No you do not need to feel it or let it run through your body. You just pretend that you can just dump it down your grounding over and over and over again until you feel more relaxed in your body. Unfortunately, it may not clear at all, depending on how much you have in your energy field… But just set your intention the next day and the next day and the next day until it is no longer a trigger. And for some people, this can take a year or more, but it is worth the effort.
