Thank you for making this video! We have a dream of getting a milking cow someday so this has been great to watch to learn and to see if we are truly committed to this at this time in our lives. I appreciate your sharing!

You are most welcome. A milk cow is a big commitment, but for us it's the best.

Thank you for such a good angel. My Dexter will let me milk her, but I still have yet to let down her milk. I am not to worried, this is more training for her. She had never been touched let alone milked. She is wonderful now. She has never kicked. She moves, but she is not in a stanchion or anything…so I am happy, just wish I could see a little milk. Her calf is 4 1/2 months old now, so I know I need to figure this out. 🤔🤔 Wonderful video. Thank you.

Sounds like she's making great progress, as are you! One day you will get that milk.

You make it look so easy. Not sure if I'm ready to go from goats to cow. I can milk alot of goats in the same amount of time lol. But I do miss cream and butter

@@VenisonforDinner I know I currently buy cream and butter from southern BC and it makes me want a cow. Maybe in the future until then we have goats and I'm watching everything I can about milk cows
