Excellent sir and clearly explained. Sir like today, the ingredients and measurements display may please e posted. Thank you sir and my Namaskarams to your father also. I am also from hotel family and I know how he struggled in the past. Today gas is available but those all hotels used woodens only. I had seen my grandfather used woodens and suffered a lot. We won't forget their hardwork always.

சூப்பரோ சூப்பர் சார், செவ்வாய், வெள்ளிக்கிழமை வந்தால் உங்கள் வீடியோ ஞாபகம் வந்து விடும். இப்போது திடீர் திடீர் என்று வீடியோ வருகிறது. (முதல் likes d comment போட முடியவில்லையே என்ற வருத்தம் தான்).

Good Day Sir We (Me, my wife and my 9 yr old kid) are a huge fan of your cooking. The way you explain cooking is nice and makes even a person not knowing to cook makes him to cook his own meal. Sir a humble request, as this is festival season we would want you to show us some sweet and savories receipes. Understood this is CORONA time, we would spend our valuable time in cooking. ஐயா நீங்கள் செய்த பூண்டு கருவேப்பிலை குழம்பு செய்தேன் . செம்மையா இருந்தது. அதில் இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது சேர்ப்பதால் எப்படி இருக்குமோ என்று நினைத்தேன். உண்மையில் அவ்வளவு அருமையாக இருந்தது. இதுபோல பல குழப்பு வகைகளை செய்து காண்பிக்கவும்.

Add some rice flour ....brings crispy ness Soak cashew fir sone time ...then it won't get burnt off.. Add some soap nut powder...it adds flavour.

We tried Parotta gravy Fried rice Noodles Vaalakai fry Panner butter masala Onion chutney. Medhu vada Really came out very well sir.. thank u chef..nanum en husband um ungaloda big fan . Keep rocking sir..

Forgot to mention - Pranam to SrBhat ( your dad ) for simple yet superb and powerful recipe and guiding you and us subtle things like substituting vanaspathi with ghee ( as it is good for health ) . Your recipes are great esp during this lockdown period as we are stuck at home and missing restaurant food. Cant wait for Durga restaurant to be reopened so I can come when I visit India. Thanks again Sir for all your recipes and patiently explaining every step.

Dominoes might not serve good quality cheese but dalda is a hydrogenated fat which is not good for health. Restaurants used to use it because it was cheaper and provided good flavor. At the end of the day, both are businesses that want you to keep coming back for more.

Pakoda podi ku naanga Thool pakkoda nu solluvom. Thool pakkoda with Curd Rice, Rasam Sadam is just awesome. Oru periya chef nammala mathiri combination try panna kekka urchagama irukku. :-)
