OMG, urulai roast that you taught I made it with paneer. Awesome. Initially when I marinate and kept my hubby and my boys were saying it is too spicy. I was little upset. Coz I did how you mentioned. But when I tried it in the oil and gave a toss of lemon juice... OMG...the appreciation that I received made me to blush....thank you. Will follow many recipes from various people and used to try at home. But I never get such a applaud. That might be the filter coffee or the Kasi halwa...chef with your recipes I am a great hit at my family...you are my cuisine Guru.

Chef, first of all, let me tell you that I have been following your programmes ever since Samayal Samayal programme, season1. A great fan!! Coming to this Recipe, I tried the Red chilli paste as per your instructions. An useful tip based on my observation - Best result for Red chilli paste achieved if you grind the chillies in Grinder, not in a Mixie. It is worth the effort using the Grinder. So, pls use the Grinder if you have it🙂

When I made it first time, I boiled the potatoes with skin so that de-skinning would be easy, today I removed the peel with peeler and boiled with salt, exactly like you did and the taste in terms of flavor getting to the core of the baby potato was better this timw

Sir, my mother 85 years old made this dish, it came out class's, only we did not have vinegar to do the chilli paste, so she took dry chilli powder, added oil & cooked it, to make the paste.....hats off hiiii She is asking me to show u r videos, she became interested...
