Potato roast can be prepared in a variety of methods and this is one of my favourites. This is a spicy side dish for a perfect meal or breakfast. The process takes very minimal time and effort.

Here are the ingredients for
Urulai Roast
Baby potato - 250 gms
Onion - 2 nos
Tomato - 1 nos
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 4 nos
Coconut - 2 tbs
Idli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - few
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt as required
