This video makes me remember my mumbai days, i spent 4 years in mumbai. and yes absolutely this was my lunch during my early days in mumbai to save cost when i used to get only less salary. Vada pav is saviour for less earning people which fulfils their hunger for food.

Dear Bhat sir, few inference I wish to say 1. Now the cost of vada pav in Bombay at train is Rs 20/- 2. The fantastic vada pav you can get at the train only at lonavala railway station (next station to Pune junction) 3. You can get the real and tastiest vada pav and pani puri only at street shops of Bombay. None of the Indian cities have the original taste of pani puri and vada pav. I visited and tasted most of the Indian cities. Bombay is the best for vada pav and chats 4. One doubt why can’t we call it as bonda pav instead of vada pav. Since potato 🥔 bonda is concealed in the pav. So we name it hereafter bonda pav.

Lovelyy am mumbaikar and I loveeee this. The garlic powder is made with dry coconut powder .. kopparai thenga too . With red chilli and 15 nos of garlic

Yes it is aamchi mumbai's fav dish. But if one wants to make it dadar's vada pav one should add ginger and garlic smashed. It is more tasty🙏👌

Instead of sev on the pav, you could've used the churra made while frying the vada. It'll be same as Dadar's Kirti college Vada Pav. Thank you for sharing the recipe of my Love
