FANTASTIC recipes sir ( fantastic pronounced in your tone 😀) . My daughter has now started talking like you - she has started referring to ingredients as "Ivan", " avan" 😂😂 Interestingly explained. Hope to try soon. Just one question- the Cauliflower is sometimes too raw and crunchy , should we boil it for few minutes or is it to be crunchy for this dish ?

Bhatt bhaiya, it is Kasoori Methi and not Kasturi Methi. There is a place in Pakistan called Kasoor where using dried fenugreek leaves originated. When that was packeted and made available people started calling it as Kasoori ka Methi.
