When I saw today's recipe, I thought of skipping it, because I had a mental block that Lucknowi cuisine couldn't be justified by a South Indian chef.. but with due respect to your amazing talent and zeal, I was proved wrong.. Hi Bhat sir, this is my first comment on your videos. I'm really amazed to see a vegetarian version of Galouti Kebab here. I recently watched a documentary in Netflix on Lucknow food and learnt about its origin. I am a big fan of your cooking. I have tried a lot of your dishes and they always turn out amazing. I used to watch samayal samayal with venkatesh bhat in Vijay TV. Unfortunately I didn't get to watch all the episodes. You showed us a lot of unique dishes in the show from different Indian states. I remember seeing different types of kebabs in a episode too. Sadly I didn't get to write down everything. You have repeated some here. Will be really lovely to see some unique and rustic dishes from different Indian cuisines here. I try out a lot of dishes from other channels and blog. I always watch your videos even if I knew the recipe, to see it in your style and to learn some tips and tricks. Thank you for all the cooking I have learnt by watching you. I will definitely try this kebab.

Wow.. Such an exotic dish. You make such exotic dishes and explain it so well with all the nuances. I love them and try most of them. Thank you so much Sir. But one thing.. Many places video angle is not proper.. For eg. When you explained about javitri, the javitri was not shown at all. This was just one of the observations.
