My rvrt payasam sir .I thought it's very tough to prepare but ur way of presentation is super and it's very easy too.Malayalia used to add coconut Milk three times but u showed one time only.Let me try and send u my feedback

I tried n did not curdle.. But before i use to make adding milk n it wud get spoilt.. Best part of coconut milk is it thickens n also stays for two days also
