I'm suffering from pcod with fatty liver G-2 my dr advice me add more food of banana family receipes in my deit...so this recipe in the time very useful to me( my list of avoid veggies this this stem is top first in my list- my mom also run behing me in my childhood period for not eating the food) and what u said in this video's it's golden words bec my nanamma n ammama told me in my teenage period benefits of this stem but my 👂 ear not listened on that time - now I'm suffering my both mamma no more with me now.... love you healthy recipes. please continue to post these... im sure people will start appreciating soon... i know of a 94yrs grandpa next door, who had kidney stones. could not be operated at that age. on doctor's advice, he had vazhathandu in various forms 3 times a day n believe me in 4 weeks his kidney stones disappeared. this happened in Bangalore

I prepare thandu bhaji/ kootu often. Very useful vegetable 👌👌👌. Trick for removing naaru is great. I prepare kootu with moong dal. I will try this recipe with chana dal.

Sir , not easy to get manathakkali keerai in singapore , but we add vazhathandu every week , thanks for adding these dish , definitely will follow every week . Hope you can do some dish in round spinach , sharp spinach , Vazha poo , or chinese type spinach , I show your videos to my friends from other races because I watch them during my lunch and they ask me “why are you laughing while watching “, I tell them I watch some of video just as stress buster as well 😂. Now I am having additional job of translating your videos , hopefully there are chances of adding subs-titles to your videos. I know you are busy and doing this is as service , but you are actually spreading our prominent culture 🙏.
