Chef Bhat sir Hope you read this comment I'm trying many of your recipes.especially paruppu urundai kuzhambhu and kesar sooji. Since my family members have higher LDL and Triglycerides I reduced the amount of oil used in Kesari 😌. It turned to be a cake 😌 in next half an hour. I'm gonna try it once again on ganesh chaturthi eve. You teach like my mom sir. This looks yum sir.😋😋 One request, pls share the recipe of Modak , kozhukattai.
