Vendakkai puli kozhambu........This recepe I tried today for lunch, but with a little change because Vendakkai porial was proposed today, hence tried this kozhambu with katrikkai and potatoes. All the cooking methods were followed as per your demo. Really I tell you, I never expected it will be so good because I used brinjal and potatoes instead of Vendakkai. The taste of kozhambu was on another higher level. My family just sloorped it out with hot rice. What a tasty dish. It even goes well with Jwar ki roti(jwar ki bhakri). Gem of a recepe from a Gem of a Chef like you. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recepe 👍👍👌👌👌😊
