Sir made this chops today and it is so delicious! Going to have it with Atta Parotta for dinner. I first parboiled boiled the big pieces of carrot potato and pumpkin (I used pumpkin instead of cauliflower) and then added it to the gravy. Cooking it in the gravy from the start will take a long time and the coconut gravy might split with cooking it for so long.

Mouth watering . Both my hubby n I enjoy watching your videos. My hubby is a Maharashtrian n I am a Tamil Brahmin. So in my place the South Indian dishes n especially Filter Coffee is made by me the rest by hubby. Thankfully my hubby is a fantastic Cook. I learnt a lot of Maharashtrian Dishes from him. His Rava Ladoos n Modaks are out of this world. He experiments a lot . Right from Sindhi , Gujarati to Punjabi , he makes all types of Dishes.
