awesome..............rasam sir ......seriously ..we run a catering buisness in kumbakonam ..our chef is from tanjore..when i was at the age 17 he joined as cook and now i am 29 ..all the year he used to teach me all his dishes except this rasam ...and i dont know the name of the rasam too...today with ur help and guidence i made this rasam exactly the same as our cook mama does...My husband is flat..thank u so much..came out very well

Hello sir,Namaskaram..i made this poricha radam today..it came out very well with a different taste from usual paruppu rasam.i felt the process also very easy.especially my son who is 15 yr old liked the taste and he is big fan of you.He got so inspired by you and he started trying out all your recipes by himself. He says that you are giving training to him indirectly bcos he is going to join a college in US for an undergraduate program. Thank you very much sir for all your recipes..

Superb sir. Fan of you always 🤩 We used to do same recipe, instead of three parupu we used to add moong dal. We make this poricha rasam on dwadasi next day of ekadasi. Will add lime juice in the last for more tanginess.

Namaste Sir, I'm from Bangalore and accordingly, for me, thili saru is made from tomato and tuvar dal. But my husband likes Madras style rasam I have one request. Please show how to make Rasam in Madras style, which is made without dal or dal water.
