It's so satisfying watching a project from start to finish. I thoroughly enjoy watching these. Even if this wasn't sped up in sections I'd binge watch like a television show or movie. Pete thanks so much for all the helpful videos. I've learned along of helpful info!!! One of my biggest struggles is turf renovations. We get a lot of new clients with patchy areas in their lawn or bare sections that need reseeded. We have had the best luck with aerating, slit seeding and then topdressing with compost. It's still not great results thou because we usually have to come back and re-seed multiple times. I'd love to buy a ventrac someday... From your experience do you think the hydroseeder would help increase the germination or is the slit seeder and aerator not loosening up the soil properly to provide a nice seed bed? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

id love to work for you Pete im in upstate ny but am looking for a way to make a move to your neck of the woods I love doing Reno work I did my property 2 seasons ago and did so well I was swarmed by neighbors and even just random folks knocking at my door asking who did this I saw a opportunity to make some $$ on the side and have been doing 10-15 Renos ever since along with aerating and monthly fertilizing I really ended up w too much work for just me to do on my own. it sure is rewarding tho for real tho id love work for ya and move my fam out of this awful dead end state of NY. I noticed you aerated after seeding is this your typical process? I was always worried about damaging the seed so I aerate before seeding. Can you also core aerate after seeding?

Hey Pete I think it was last year you did a seating job at your church on a hillside I think it was when you were testing out the seating system I had never seen an update I hope I didn't miss it because well that would just make me sound like a fool right now if I didn't maybe throw some pictures in on an update of this just curious I live in Florida it's a real mixed bag we don't get little fluffy rainstorms it'll say light showers and we'll get two and a half inches keep up the great work brother Godspeed
