Crafty & Mighty are easy to do with the orange tool because there is space beneed the over screen so you can press it down, with the Venty you cannot do that because its flat under the over screen.

My mighty plus after only less then a year had stopped working and had a very bad smell to it and wouldn’t power on at all , I contacted POTV and only got generic messages like automated and after countless emails to POTV and Storz and Bickel I had to throw out the device due to being same in my house , the smell was like burnt plastic or a battery , I continuously contacted both companies to no help at all to either one , this is sad since I’ve have spent 2k in the last year in devices and accessories just to be treated like this and have all the emails to prove it , this isn’t how you treat people , wasn’t even asking for a replacement device anymore since I know companies don’t like helping the same customers that keep them in business , I even emailed both companies to see at the very least I can get a half off a new device , it’s just very unfortunate at the point

The tool comes with it in a baggie with hella extra screens and gaskets. I loved the storage spot for the tool on the mighty but it was a sacrifice I have learned to live with

450usd for a device without tools subsequent for cleaning and lacking a proper charger is wild to me.

You get what you pay for. Truly the best device I’ve ever used to consume flower. It comes with multiple screens of each size, several replacement gaskets a tool to remove the cooling chambers screen. The filling chamber screen has to be replaced so infrequently that there’s no need to provide a specific tool.
