Recipe:
• 1 kg. flour for buns
• 50 gr. fresh yeast
• 120 gr. lukewarm water
• 3 eggs
• 280 gr. sugar
• 210 gr. hot milk
• 120 gr. cow butter
• 1 tbsp. machete
• ½ tbsp. hey
Brush them with egg... We turn on the oven again, in the same way - at 100 degrees for 1 minute ... then we close it, put the pan where we will bake them, because from now on we will not bother our buns anymore and let them rise in it the warm oven for half an hour... then, after 30 minutes, when the buns will double in size, turn on the oven, without opening the oven door, and bake at 160 degrees, up or down resistance for 30 minutes. Then open the door to let the steam out and leave the buns in the oven for 5 minutes.
