The problem for the defense is that the prosecution gets a "do-over" to prepare and to hone their case better this time if it goes to trial again. Trooper Proctor is and will be the biggest problem for the prosecution. The big "multi- person conspiracy" to frame K. Read theory is and will be their biggest problem. If this case goes to trial again, the outcome may be very different.

Although Proctors texting,language and some elements of the handling of the case were very unprofessional, I’m sure many police say similar things about many criminals they deal with. They are supposed to be held to the highest standards but I’m sure grow callous and tire of all the craziness they encounter daily. I’m sure all the friends who ditched their phones did so because they too had said similar things about Read. They were already being harassed and didn’t want to give the defense anymore ammunition to be harassed by the community. Read should’ve thought twice about hiring a mobile truck with LED messages,encourage her fans to picket the courthouse , give interviews on tv and speeches on the courthouse steps if she didn’t want her personal life on display. Vinnie, the Commonwealth needs to get the experts that the prosecution used in the Murdaugh trial. Next, why can't that back up video be provided by Lexus? Bring the head guy from Lexus. just my theory, but I think it’s quite possible John may have injured himself with a fall. You can really hurt yourself with a fall and he ended up outside in the freezing snow. He may have hit his head on something because his injuries are not similar to getting hit by a car. He may have become unconscious and then froze to death. Also, there are way too many chick haters leading the blaming on Karen just because she’s a woman. Could I be that She knew that she hit him but didn’t expect him to die. He had been in a fight, was struck in the back of the head by her truck when she backed into him while he was not in a standing position. I think the US jury system is very unfair and biased towards the prosecution. In the UK jurors are selected at random, you do not get to select them and a majority of 10 to 2 is sufficient for either side. It’s not politicians who decide on a retrial like here. But, I do think that if there is a majority for not guilty. Let’s say 9 to 3, it’s ridiculous to put the defendant thro it again and give the prosecution a chance to change their attack whereas whatever was said in the previous trial can still be used against defence

That is the case with everyone who testifies to hearing Karen say "I hit him" that day. None of their testimony includes this until after they've already given statements. I'm no conspiracy theorist, I can accept one person forgetting or changing their statement on something this "key", but multiple?
