Hopefully this will be in farm simulator. This is a cool concept

Excellent video to demonsrate the action -have to stop & re-run parts to study. Wouldn't like to fit belts from scratch - after a fire..... Imagine ( doesn't) getting tangled up. some length of belting too.

What happened to this baler? Jus disappeared.

I have a feeling they are nice till you have to replace a belt

Theorethically this idea is really brilliant! Does anybody know why it did not come to the market? And what happened with the Welger-balers after the company was sold by Lely? Are the todays AGCO-balers Welger now or still the italian Galligniani? Or does Vermeer now hold 100% of Welger?
@squasso90 Жыл бұрын
Actually fendt balers are welger. I think this project was between lely-welger and Vermeer. And when the forage sector was sold, the new owners didn't keep on developing the project. Another possibility is that agco now owns intellectual property of the machine and is still developing it, but it's not so keen of sharing so much information and will publish it when it's ready. 🤷🏻♂️ Looks great to me too tho

I'd love to see this baler in Farming Simulator 22 as a mod or something I'd love to be able to bale straw hay or grass without needing to stop all the time
@Gugernoot Жыл бұрын
Yeah the fastbale is good for silage but being limited to 125cm bales is a pita.

Just get the square baler? no need to stop, it just continousely drops bales, also IIRC the biggest square bale is 1000l more than the biggest round bale

Will it be available in twine wrap?
@jacobotto97669 жыл бұрын
Fro081 I'm almost 100% it will be net wrap only.
@Fro0819 жыл бұрын
Jacob Beck that's sad.....
@Frithgar9 жыл бұрын
Fro081 Krone have a continuous baler that's been around for a few years, the problem with twine wrap is the extra time it takes to tie the bale. A continuous system wouldn't be viable with a twine wrap unless you had 8-10 separate twines only doing a few rotations each. Too much to go wrong and wouldn't be able to hold the bale tight enough with so few rotations on each twine.

+Frithgar Its been around for quite some time compared to this. So anyone who claims this is the first crb then they are mistaken.

Is that a continuous belt.....

Did you guys give up on this
@LAWSON086 жыл бұрын
I think the self-propelled is the better idea. Driving a tractor over molehills is what slows us down the most...you simply can't handle the bouncing at a higher speed
@LAWSON086 жыл бұрын
Is the CRB concept still in the works at all?
@LAWSON086 жыл бұрын
Maybe a tractor with a better suspension...like a suspension cab, that would be cool
@austanhall2 жыл бұрын
This in the self propelled would be awesome
@spencerhoyt56497 жыл бұрын
it is not fully continuous u have to stop and reload the net wrap but if it could hold a few more rolls then it could be fully crb

Would of been a great video without the loud obnoxious music🤷♂️

Not to bad but that's an ugly baler if I've ever seen one
