what pocket series and teeth are those? 1100 900? and what series should I chose for a sc362?..... I currently have 900 series on it 6 angled pockets and its not performing wheel I thought that the cutter wheel was not spinning at a good speed but I measured the rpm on it with a laser tool and it shows 3200 rpm's teeth where sharp too.

U can use any pockets And teeth.Remmember its 2 left and write..then 2 straight then 2 left and write teeth. Doesn't matter but go clockwise if you like for teeth and pocket install.

Thank you for your videos I just bought one and if you don't mind I would like to pick your brain since it seems you know this machine inside and out my grinder was left outdoors and not used much from the guy I bought it from my grinder wheel does not rotate as smooth as you just turned yours and it seems like to be hanging up towards the top belt pulley and makes a rough sound when turning it by hand any thoughts? Cause I'm nervous about it being the engine bearing on that little belt...that you showed how to change the first pulley where you loosed the 4 bolts any way to lube that or what do you think? sorry for such a long and confusing question lol

You'll need a pair of pillow block bearings. Vermeer's are expensive, so I get them at my local bearing shop at a third the price. Replace them both on the shaft that the wheel runs on (not that difficult if you're at all mechanically inclined). Remember to check the shafts that ride in these bearings when you have them apart to be certain they aren't also shot. I've learned that I need to grease these bearings with about four pumps from the grease gun, along with the two identical bearings about a foot higher up, EVERY DAY before I start operations, . If you follow that procedure this will be the last time you have to replace bearings in a very long time. There are a total of eleven grease nipples, some of which need more attention than the others (five are found on the hydraulic steering option if so equipped). Learn where they are and grease them with some regularity and you'll save yourself untold grief. Also learn how to adjust the main drive belt, and tighten it slightly when your hear the machine squealing or if the wheel slow or stops during operation.

Hi it sounds like a bearing..if the noice is there when you turn wheel..engine of...with a screw driver handle agianst your ear.Use it like a stethoscope. Turn wheel and hear with one may be gone.
