Weight is such a touchy subject and I hope vloggers like you espouse body positivity and overall good health and not just have a hyperfixation on thinness. People can be slender but terribly unhealthy- high blood pressure, have so much bad cholesterol, etc. There are a lot of people who are not slender but everything is okay and well on their medical tests. There’s nothing wrong with you. Keep your head up, Vern.

Your vlog in Cebu is a healing one. :) I also struggle in losing weight because of hormonal imbalances. I got suggestion from some people that long walks everyday like 30-60 mins is better because intense work out increases cortisol level which makes a person more prone to stressors.

I can relate to what you mentioned about being comfortable to your own safe space and when you get out of that, it feels awkward and weird as if you’ve never been in that situation. Hellow vern, i am also one of those who battling against PCOS, and sumobra talaga laki ko. From 50 kilos nag 78 kilos ako😭 every day yung pakiramdam na parang tingin pa lang nang nakakilala sayo para kang kapapanganak pa lang, pero hndi naman. Every day when i look at the mirror i feel pressure when i see my body growing, even though i always watch what i eat. Please stay strong... Have u checked your thyroid panel? If not yet, please do so. If you have below normal thyroid function, the more you exercise a lot and control your food, the more you will gain weight. Check your cortisol and adrenal too.

Hi, Ms. Vern! If you wouldn't mind this suggestion of mine, have you ever consider getting the so-called "HILOT" ? From anyone, specifically matandang babae, lola, or yung may alam mismo kung paano mapapataas ang matres so a woman can conceive. This is not something to offend anyone, SMALL LAUDE did all the tests/examination as well pero may nagsabi lang sa kaniya about sa hilot. And she got pregnant after a month. I knew this kasi lola ko nang hihilot din and there was a time I went with her, at may anak na yung nahilot niya. Ayun lang, maybe, mabasa mo ito and i hope it could help. Wala naman po masama if mag try din po? 😅
