Hey Marlon. Why is the house different price points in different locations. A 2900 sq ft home should accommodate 3 baths. But let’s see the 2 1/2. Like the entry and accent wall. But the 1/2 bath should be in the rear especially if there’s a pool. Beautiful open concept. Covered lanai and great yard for pool. Now that flex space could’ve fit a bathroom with a door to the pool. Just realized the bedrooms upstairs. Thought the laundry is usually on the same level as the primary. Cozy loft. 3 huge bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I prefer scale down on the bedrooms and have either a Jack n Jill or 1 bedroom with an en-suite. Amazing primary space. Hubby could game PS5 in the sitting area and I watching tv by the bed. Nice soft en-suite. Linen closet. And maybe get another rack on the door side wall in the clothing closet. Beautiful layout for those wanting a 2-story. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

These prices are insane. Not too long ago, you could buy a luxury home for around 500k in central Florida.

Actually this house is base 509k for Ridgeview, not 600 or 650. Should be 550k tops after upgrades.
