What's the commute from Mascot to Disney? That's an amazing home but I wonder what our work commute would be. Great video!

Roughly 45 minutes without traffic. Even though you are using some back roads, there tends to be traffic going through Mascotte/Groveland during morning work commute hours. There will be construction in the Groveland area once they begin the Downtown revitalization project. I would imagine traffic in that area to be improved after the construction and widening of roads. If you can live with that temporarily, the price difference on these homes compared to actual Clermont is pretty major. If you have any other questions I can help you with, feel free to reach out. Hi, have you looked into Horizon West? Horizon West is a huge master plan community with many new construction homes. Hi, I've provided a link below for you to see the different ratings for each school that is zoned for each covered community. Sanctuary (South Clermont) - Sawgrass Bay Elementary Hills of Minneola (North Clermont) - Minneola Elementary *please note the brand new K-8 Minneola Elementary is being built within the neighborhood and will be finished in 2025 Trinity Lakes - Groveland Elementary Seasons at the Grove - Mascotte Charter www.greatschools.org/florida/clermont/ Of course these ratings don't tell the whole story so I would take it with a grain of salt. As for choosing a different school than the one you are zone, the process is as simple as filling out an application. I just went through this for my children and it was pretty easy. Minneola home entry level for 450k, 1500 sq ft. with carpet and that kitchen is begging for an island.

Yah I totally agree with you that the home with benefit from hard floors and an island. Affordability is a becoming a challenge in Hills of Minneola. However, with a home like this, you can have the location at the lower price range and add the upgrades later. Thanks for watching ❤️

Unfortunately, prices have gotten out of the grasp of a lot of families in recent years. What I'm afraid of is where the prices will go to once interest rates begin to decline over the next few years.
