Nice video. We drove through Verrado, I liked( loved it even) from what I saw. But...With that being said, 600k as the kowest price in a community all the way out there, far away from most entertainment that matters in Phoenix, Scottsdale, with these interest rates( which push a normal price of 460k mortgage to 3500 dollars a month and a higher one to 6-7 thousands a month) the houses are honestly overpriced.

verrado is nice, but it's over hyped and over priced. I've lived here since 2021.

I've lived here since 2014, and came from a place that was even more hyped and over priced...so I felt like it was way better than where I had come from. I grew up on 13 acres though...so I still crave space...I do love the white tanks and the wildlife here...
