Hard for some people to understand Verrado unless you spend a little time there. Thats actually a good price point so close to downtown. Even with some of the tlc that it needs. Thank you Michelle for the walk through!

Thanks for your comment and perspective. It is on a very beautiful tree lined street, and minutes from restaurants, coffee shop, pharmacy, golf, parks...would also make a great investment property.
