The part about Saul being changed and the pastor's anecdote. I recently reached out to a college friend who is a pastor, and in class we often worked together and he always invited me to church. I emailed him telling him how my life has changed coming to Christ, and he response was that at first, he didn't believe it and thought I was joking, but when he saw my Facebook page (my only social media which is 100% dedicated to Christ and my family's journey with God), he said he was amazed. Hearing that someone did not believe I became a child of God felt SO SO good to me. That is evidence that I am indeed a reborn christian. Praise Jesus! He could save me - He can save anyone!!!

I'm surprised he didn't address the fact that Saul was hiding. Maybe he'll mention it in the intro of the next video. But shouldn't that have been a warning to the people that having this guy as king might not be such a good idea? I wouldn't want my leader hiding when he's being installed to leadership!

I think it is suspicious that Saul is head and shoulders taller than any man. Wasn't there already a Gibea in the land God gave to Israel. Then there are "the great ones" of the Philistines. I cant help but wonder about Saul's ancestry. Why is he the least.
