If we simply set Rey's entire character and story aside, and factor in the fact that she's not fully trained and hasn't reached her full potential yet, but is a Palpatine, we could say she's quite powerful, she just has little feats except beating her grandfather. She should have been a tragic side character who discovers her only purpose was to be a powerful vessel for Sidious to transfer his soul into. And maybe Kylo could have saved her from that fate, being his story. Also, Anakin should have returned as a force ghost to solo Sidious in one move. All of that would have made the sequels a little more bearable. Though in truth, the story should have been entirely different in the first place. There's a reason why guys like Cad Bane & Jango Fett aren't just grabbed out of the sky mid-flight, or why the best we've ever seen force users do against General Grievous during fights are measly force pushes when he's caught off guard standing still for a moment while not attacking. Force pushes are easier to pull off because they're essentially the force users attacking a certain amount of space that the opponent is generally located. But those can be dodged if the opponent isn't caught off guard. So, Batman could actually win if he could build himself a suit that can withstand lightsabers, and/or find something to disrupt/disable a lightsaber, which has happened to Vader before in a comic.

Force speed is unreliable during combat, as it requires far too much energy consumption to use. Vader would just fatigue himself in one go. There's a reason you never see it used during pretty much every lightsaber duel. Even when it could have helped. Literally General Grievous & Darth Vader's armours are resistant to lightsaber blows. And Mandalorians are straight up impervious to them. Not even the Darksaber, which is the hottest lightsaber in lore, can bypass beskar. With prep time, Batman only has to form himself a suit made out of Nth metal, which is as durable as Vibranium, would allow Batman to control gravity, fly, become stronger, exist in space, regenerate lost limbs & tissue, resurrection, absorb energy, control the emotions of his enemies, etc. Yes, DC is broken, so's Marvel. Giving Batman prep time would be a death sentence for Darth Vader.
