9 volt battery needed to be replaced. Even hard-wired detectors come with 9-volt batteries. Even if they had never had a power outage. The batteries eventually die as the ground is connected to the battery. Slowly draining it. I can only hope that somewhere down the line. If not, already. They supply them with rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Like 18650 or something longer lasting.

I can readily understand a person dying from nostalgia. I have a problem with a longing for the period of the 1960s and 1970s. Those were my teenager and young adult years and it's hearing the music of that era that sets me off. If I am not careful, I fall into depression from missing those years and we know that depression can cause a lot of damage. Another trigger for me is the movie, "Boogie Nights". There is something about it that just is so reminiscent of my life back then, even though I wasn't involved in that sort of adult industry. I miss the people I used to know and the good times we had back then.

I totally understand why people don’t like Jeremy Clarkson, but I will say I think he gets a worse rap than he deserves. He understands that he’s the butt of so many jokes for a reason, and he doesn’t seem to mind everyone taking the piss out of him. He get’s that it’s kind of deserved and he plays the role well. He takes it too far sometimes, and that’s the problem. But by show business standards, if his biggest sins are punching a producer and being a bit of an arrogant twat, he’s really not that bad.

Really like your videos, but I there is a difference between the manga and anime.I agree with most of this, but the origins of parts of this are from the manga and then the manga have other additional roots. Things like the layout of the city are a little more murky. The city in the movie is based on the manga, the manga is based on moebius. Moebius based his work on metropolis and has elements of the 1936 film HG Wells Things to Come. Totally agree that Metropolis is the root but then that is rooted in Art Deco and futurism. ✌️

"Don't you not want some points or not?" isn't a coherent Yes/No question. Expanding the contraction gives "Do not you not want some points or not?" Cutting the first double negative gives "Do you want some points or not?" "Yes" isn't a valid answer, just as Victoria observed. Had the question ended "Do you want some points" then that would be a Yes/No question. The choice at the end changes it, where the only valid answers would be "I want points" or "I don't want points".
