It is very better than then other power generator. Because the simple wind turbine bad things is each every year there are millions number of Bird's are died by got hit on turbine blade. Therefore the axis turbine is very very nice. 😊😊😊😊😊

Yeah I can not see this working at all: output, safety, wind resistance, space, looks, funding, it is lackluster in all of these categories. Potentially it could be implemented on cars but obviously only for breaking but honestly internal rotors really are the better alternative. Best way to make money from this is to sell the idéa to some impulsive entrepreneur who will make some headlines and hype up the public before closing business as the idéa fundamentally doesn't work.
