The cycle time depends on the silicone parts , different weight different thickness requied different curing time .

Example 2 would save ~20 sec using a second set of cores, Example 4 had exposed cartridge heaters, unsafe and liable to blow. Otherwise not too bad.

Hi Crumblin , thanks for you comments .Yes , you're right , we usually make 2 sets of mold core for Laryngeal mask capsule to improve the productivity . These are mold testing video on our own old machine in our factory , not customer's machine , so the cartridge heaters is also very old , the new heaters send to customers is very safe , thanks for your advise again .Have a nice day .
