I'm 13 years and about 6'8 and I can touch the rim with 4 Fingers. Now do I have to wait until I'm 15-18 so I can go the gym our could I do other things to jump higher ?

Cheers for the video content! Sorry for butting in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you thought about - Schallingora Increase Capability Scheme (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one of a kind product for learning how to dunk like a total badass minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my old buddy Taylor after many years got amazing success with it.

I am in highschool too, but i have read books and talked to my strength coach about it. if you are a beginner i would not recommend doing so because you risk injuring yourself. You should check with your coach before you do anything.

+BAM DAM interesting points ,if anyone else wants to uncover vertical jumps try Moorack Pro Dunk Miracle (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my neighbor got great success with it.
