I'm confused there is so many vertical jump videos I don't know where to start I need help increasing vertical can you please help so all I do it this to increase vert or do all the other excersis u have ??

Pick one thing to do. It's important that you pick one thing and one thing only, then measure the results for a couple of weeks,. Then try something else and measure the results. Compare the results you get from both things and then try something else for a couple of weeks. At the end of a couple of months, you should have a couple of results to compare and see which exercise is getting you the best results. Get it?

This isn't a Depth jump excuse me. A well executed Depth jump concentrates on generating the maximum amount of force while absorbing the shock of the landing
