Vertigo is one of the Marauders and a henchman of Mr. Sinister. She attacked a teen-aged Berzerker, who fled and received the help of Cyclops. Vertigo ran from Cyclops and then tried to take him down with the help of her teammate Arclight. But after Arclight was defeated, Vertigo escaped.

I like how they show Emma being able to use her telepathy to mentally bring her mind out of that dizzy state and back into balance when up against someone like Vertigo, I appreciate that depiction.

@jardyjarson well,in regular fight or in times when it doesn't make sense for her to go into that form i can understand her not liking it. But when you face a person with JUST a psionic vertigo ability it's quite dump from her side not to. You can easily just slap her in that form and she will be done.

@@gageseegert644 vertigo isn't really a disease per say. More of a condition caused by damage to your inner ear. The most common causes are either the bones int your ear structure are out of alignment or the fluid within your inner ear is all out of wack. Usually either too much or too little is passing through and that causes problems
