But keep the tactical pants reviews and shorts coming. So far, the best pants I like is the defender slim pants from 5.11. They are the only company that makes almost actual slim line pants. And I like the many size options from 5.11. It's nice to get pants I don't have to pay to get hemmed. I'm about 29 to 30 inch inseam. Most pants are usually 32 or longer. Yea sucks to be short 😂

I'm not a tall or a big dude and I prefer the stretch material and tapers down more down to the lower leg part. Not a big fan of the straight leg style. On me, it will b too baggy looking

I wish they had more color options on their pants. I've had to pass up Vertx pants few times since I have to wear black or blue pants for my job. And they only sometimes like these pants only have 2 odd colors to choose.

Have you tried Tactical Distributors Carlos Ray cargo pant? Currently my favorite, great stretch with ample amount of pockets while keeping that stylish casual look.

I’m 5 ft 5in. 145lbs. 29” waist but i buy 30”. Small frame guy. Pants are hard to be found in the size that I like. Which is 30 waist and 29” length. I hate it when pants bunch up and don’t fit over my shoes. They should make Asian pants sizes lol. I do find that the 5.11 pants fit pretty well though.

welp definitley buying these, and few pairs of 5.11 jeans because i go through pants like a mofo working in the trades, trying to buy pants for work, and pairs for nice clothes, thanks for advice, definitely wanting some quality conceal carry jeans and tactical pants, i have jeans to toss as well in the trash trying to get new clothes for myself that work well with conceal carry and work. bought a pair of condor tactical cipher jeans fucking hate em theyre for people who are atleast 600 pounds not for my somewhat lean muscular build.

I still don’t know why you like the delta stretch pants with the slacks style slanted front pockets that show clips from knives or lights. I like higher pockets that are covered by an untucked shirt. To each their own I guess.

Yeah I'm the opposite, though I don't care at all if someone sees the clip of a flashlight or knife. I find access to slanted pockets so much easier than the high pockets, but maybe I have fat hands, idk.

Seeing that you wear a size 32 waist and the pants waist has some stretch, is there enough stretch for YOU to wear one size smaller; for example a size 31 waist? Reason I ask is because I am a 31 and most 32s fit way too loose - though some pants do shrink down to 31ish after a few washings. And they are only sold as 30 - 32 waist no 31s unfortunately.
