Yesterday I tuned into a live weather update for TX just as they were following a confirmed tornado on the ground that might’ve been heading in your general direction. He even mentioned Plum Grove along with other towns that might be affected; but thank goodness it headed further north! Glad to find out you & your family & animals are ok. 🙏🏻 ❤ I had to leave my mobile home to take cover in a church back on July 15th, arriving there just as a tornado passed less than half a mile away through the town & knocked out power. So, I really empathize with how stressed you were!😮😅

So glad you cleared up that it was a “watch” not a “warning” as Lester kept referring to it…..big difference between them as one who survived a tornado. Watch means one could form….warning means one has been sited and touched down. I remember prior to the tornado it was eerily quiet….no dogs barking, no birds singing….all animal I’ve can sense one is coming.

I went through a tornado passing through my town this past summer; as well as several more in 70 years, so I understand how scary it is & I’ve got a form of PTSD as a result, ever since I was little. There actually was a tornado warning for Liberty County, TX yesterday, which I watched live coverage of while it was on the ground. Although Plum Grove was mentioned as one of the towns potentially in its path, it went a little further north,thankfully. So, Lester was correct if he mentioned a tornado warning in their area.

I wrote the word warning on the screen because I misspoke when I said “watch” It was in fact a warning. We had 2 tornadoes touch down very very close and there was a lot of destruction to those places. Check out the news updates from yesterday for our area!
