What about a double fence? Check Living Homestead Tradition and how they solved the deer going into their garden. They have a double 6’ fence six feet apart making a moat of 6’ where the chickens also run. It has to do with deer won’t jump if they can’t be sure of landing and there isn’t enough room to jump and jump again. Another thing you might look into, an alarm goes off to scare the moose away. Deep South Homestead had a motion detector that set off dogs barking. Just suggestions.

They say moose can smell food, human from far away. Tall, sturdy fence and hang Irish Spring bars around the place. They are just like bears. Once they know they can get to a food source, they Will return again. Rooster will not put up with it forever and will move forward, charge and just one stomp....
