I have worked in a kindergarden all my adult life and we dress the children in wool on the inside against the body, then a set of fleece and then the winterdress, just that and no more layers.The wool not only keeps you warm but the fabric breathes the best and feels dry even when it gets wet. This is quite common i Norway, but you don't need it :)

I live in Texas and I love Costco. I go every other week. It looks so similar to mine and many of the same products! No sled/snow gear at mine though. I agree, some things are cheap but not everything
