I've just finished my first WotC run and was hoping for some respite from that's-XCOM-baby. And now I want to make challenge run, similar to yours. Except for the main four guys. In my run it should be Republic Commandos from the Delta Squad. Otherwise the idea is perfect. As for actual video, well done, both in terms of gameplay and editing.

Tip from someone trying this challenge themselves: If you want to really give this challenge a shot, do so with the mod "Commander's Choice", which allows you to choose your unit's new class from the Armory once they promote to Squaddie. Trust me... It's easier than suffering as Seth did. ^^;;;

Sooo, the viper prince mod that I downloaded literially just threw 26 vipers (and a viper prince) into my mission. I have the standard 3-5 dmg weapons. I had Ironman on. I regret every choice I made so far in my Xcom playthrough.

If you were really that desperate for a ranger. All you had to do was enter the console commands for example - Change the currently selected unit to a rank 1 (squaddie) Ranger: rebuildSelectedSoldiersClass Ranger 1 instead of relying on the RNG. Problem solved. 🙄
