Just a suggestion. When I make router jigs for circles or ellipses I drill a 3/4” hole in the jig to accept a 3/4” guide bushing. This allows you to use any router that will accept a guide bushing and you don’t need to screw the router base to the jig. John Jensen from British Columbia.
