To be fair, my old mk4 golf (gas) does that too when its really cold outside and it struggles to start. I just let go for a bit, turn on headlights because that seems to help wake up the battery and crank again, after the car starts, no oil pressure problems.

It is normal in really cold weather when the starting lasts so long. ECU has sensor data "engine speed higher than zero" (bc. starter turns the engine / motor itself with missfires runs slow) and "low oil pressure" (cold oil is thick and oil pump too slow). After little kick on the gas pedal it should be OK.

Typical Range Rover for you, plus the light's on because it's so cold, i'd imagine once the engine warms up it'll go away

The Chevy cruise it didn’t help the car was pretty much completely out of gas. The low fuel light was on, and the fuel gauge. The needle was touching empty.

The range rover is funny, moves the camera over so we dont see that oil light on which means no oil pressure the entire time. that's is not the power steering pump lol

Chevrolet cruze owner should have floored the throttle. That stops injecting fuel so if you suspect its flooded it will have more chance of starting.

How do you f up your car so badly that the engine start like that chevy cruze? I have 2013 Renault Sandero 1.6 8V with 120k km on it. The coldest starts were at -36C, at it was much, much smoother. Always starts on the first attempt.

flooded plugs....omg typical gm issue. always summat.....anyway yeah....if new battery. why crank slow....hence i say can only happen to a GM product....always some silly thing or a drama
