That gourd is known as butternut squash here in the US. Quark is not commonly available here, Do you know of an equivalent that would have a similar result? I can practically smell that delicious scent through the screen! Thank you from a Southern California subscriber!

You can use Philadelphia Cream Cheese or Ricotta as a substitute for quark. Glad you're enjoying the video! 😄
