Wow! My first job as a machinist was on a shaper! Back in the early 80’s. These guys are great. I loved working on manual machines such as lathes, milling machines and horizontal grinders.

As a retired equity owner from the steel industry in Indiana , I have to say that the machinery ( from the 1980’s perhaps ) still does amazing ! I watched the full video and have no idea what they made usually it shows finished product being used or recognisable..they hardly seem to use templates so as skilled as they are isn't it easy to get a few millimeters out and it not fit whatever it was..we don't appreciate enough how easy we have it..a day working hard like they do in these situations would kill me 😢
