True. Russian piping tips is challenging to use. Gusto nya lang sa buttercream..hirap pag sa ibang frosting. But this!? Uhlala

@@SweetArtOfCake I am not so well because my daughter broke her hand some days ago and when he went to the Hospital they made her a test for Covid 19 and it was positive, I really got mad. She has a medical treatment at home but she suffers from dyspnoea and strong pain in her body and has a headache, we talk on the phone 24 hours by day and night, she is very afraid of this disease and I help her psycologically. It is very difficult for me of thinking that my daughter suffers, my heart has been broken into pieces. I pray toJeasus for help in order to recover soon. Keep safe.

I wish the same thing, she lives alone with her seven years old son, I don't live with her, I pray every day, she was a bit better today than yesterday I do hope she will manage to recover soon. I strongly believe in our God and I trust Him with all my heart. I love our God from the bottom of my heart. My daughter goes through a painful experience at the moment so OUR GOD WILL HELP HER BECAUSE GOD IS GREAT. I do hope she will win, I also feel that she will change a lot of things in her life after this bad nightmare she had. I worry about her a lot. I wish her the best. Thanks again, I'll go to bed in five minutes. Bye...... Keep safe, my dear.

So if the boiled icing is very, very stable, then it should be easy to use the Russian flower tips without many problems? I truly wish that very stiff and stable frosting will render a good result when it comes to using the Russian flower tips. Your response will be so highly appreciated. Thank you much!!

I will try to make eggless next time. You can use use vinegar but 3/4 tsp of citric acid = 1 1/2 tbsps of vinegar or lemon juice.

You can use cream of tartar, lemon juice or vinegar kaso less po ang stability nya compare sa citric acid. May nakita po ako online sa shoppee jan sa pinas.

Hi yes, it is roughly four times as strong, so you have to reduce the amount used by four. If your recipe calls for a teaspoon of cream of tartar, use 1/4 teaspoon citric acid. On this recipe I used 3/4 tsp citric acid so it means you will need to use 3 tsps of cream of tartar.

Hi citric acid helps make the icing very stable. Its humid stable since the boiling hot syrup mix into the meringue. The flowers I made were still stable at room temperature after 3 days. And yes you can use it to cover the cakes.

Lutuin nyo lang po sa medium-high heat basta’t hindi po masusunog ang syrup then kpag malapot na po drop kau ng konting syrup sa cold water at kpag tumigas po para syang candy ay pwede na ihalo sa egg whites.

Ung leftover po ba nagbubbles or ung napiped na? Kung ung leftover po nagbubbles, whisk nyo lang po or use spatula to get rid of them po until magiging smooth po uli.

Sobrang asim talaga. Pero grabe sa lahat ng bpiled icibg eto yung pinaka stable. Di ko lang kinaya ang asim 😔😭
