VERY SWEET NIGERIAN COCONUT FRIED RICE | COCONUT RICE RECIPE | DIARYOFAKITCHENLOVER

I find this recipe very simple and very tasty! It didn’t last a day in my home and I’ll love for you to try it and give me a thumbs up in the comments.
2 tbsp. Groundnut oil
1 bulb Onions
1 Clove Garlic
2 cups of Rice
4 tbsp. Coconut milk
Turkey stock
Shredded Turkey
2 tbsp. Sesame oil
Carrot (Sliced)
3 tbsp. Coconut flakes
Seasoning (2 cubes)
½ tsp. Fresh pepper
Bell pepper (Green and Red)
