I love the bedroom layout none are sharing a wall. To me the living room and the master bedroom seem small for a triple wide. I have a few that I have put up recently and the master and living room are much bigger.

Now this is a nice home. Has all the bells and whistles, real fireplace, pantry, hidden laundry room 2&1/2 bath. The master bed & bath is awesome, especially that shower, nice! Now this is the kind of home you need to show more of!

Don't like at all. I had a triple wide that was to die for, but they did not put it together right and there were gaps everywhere!! I bought mine in Benton Arkansas! Go to Missouri and check out Three Stone Homes. Wonderful people and you get what you really want!!

I do like the Deer Valley homes. Their homes do not look like mobile homes. I prefer the kitchen to have windows but this is really nice!

This is a NICE home, Chance! I love the back porch and the setting. The pantry is small, but at least there is one. The master bed and bath it beautiful. I wish the guest bath had a double sink...for three bedrooms, you need it. I enjoy all the homes you show us, and you always make it fun!

I absolutely love the look and style of this home. The back porch is wonderful. Noticed it was a Deer Valley. Nice foyer, I like that feature. Beautiful living room and dining area. I like the kitchen but it's a bit smaller than what we're used to seeing in the other homes...still nice. Big Main bed and bath. Overall, this is great. Thank you Chance! Love seeing this home.

Chance Extraordinary!!! This home reminds me a bit of a Vanderbilt home Absolutely Gorgeous!!! Love the design of this home, especially that back porch. What a beautiful living area. With the foyer and beautiful flooring and large seating area. Nice dining area looking out to that back porch. Also love the wood burning fireplace. Great kitchen!! Love that island and all the cabinets. I like the pantry, it still has room for goodies!! Bedrooms are good size for guests or children. Very nice master bedroom and the master bath is sweet. Good walk in closet, double sinks, and shower with nice tiles. I love the outside of this home , a really interesting design and love the color they used on the outside. Looking forward to the home on Thursday, Chance. Can’t wait. WoW! Now this is a home! Its the right balance of space and flow. Nothing is to big or to little. With the patio deck off the living room gives it a spacious feel. Great options for furniture and art work. The open kitchen with the island and a pantry. The Laundry room in a perfect place. I would add a window on the long wall. And the Master off of the kitchen is so well placed. The Master bath is huge, I would want to add two shower niche's. The guest bedroom are spacious with the extra bath a good size. I would do away with the back bedroom. Every architectural detail outside has charm.

I love the outside look of the house and I love that large back porch/deck on this one and the smaller front porch is a nice touch too. This size home (2500+ sq ft) is my "sweet spot"....not too big/massive and not too small for my needs/wants. The only things I would change are: I'd want a door to the master bathroom and on the laundry room. Add me to the list of people that hate those wire shelves, so I'd change those. I'd also change the decor of the kitchen and appliances to my personal taste. Unfortunately, it wouldn't be approx. $225K anymore 😉...which could be an issue. lol. As always, great tour! 👍

I really like this house, especially with a coat closet and two linen closets and a pantry!! I especially like the little nook to the left of the fireplace. So many of these homes have no 'nooks and crannies' which I love in a house and this one has one and for the holidays, a perfect spot for the Christmas Tree unless you live down far enough south that you can use a porch at Christmastime. Here we usually can't. Great house!

Love love love the foyer and the coat closet, so many enter right into the living room with no place to put your coat and shoes. I would turn the third bedroom into a family room. Love the fireplace and the porches and I unlike most do not mind the wire racks in the closets because they don't collect dust.

Amazing grace is how I'd describe this home. That back bedroom is perfect for an office / library. I like how the utility room wraps around it makes it more secluded and less noise would be heard in the rest of the home. Chance as far as I'm concerned you could open every cabinet and door. Wow, this home is really nice. I really love the out outside of this home. I love how it's more than just a straight home. The kind that just takes you about 5 mins to walk through. I love this home but I really love the one before this one. It was a 2 story home that was blue vinyl with the wood shutters and porch. Only if it were mine it would be white vinyl with a black stain on the shutters and porch. Thank you so much for sharing your love with us, you have said often you love traveling around and showing these home. You've also got a lot better at having more of a steady hand while filming. 😀 nice house, but hate the carpet. Could do without the 1/2 bath. Area could be better used as part of the laundry area. Would give room to add freezer and for a hobby area. And expand the pantry.

That laundry room is 50% wasted, unusable space. It's just an L-shaped hallway with a washer dryer space at the end of it. There's no place for a freezer or storage for other household items. 🤷‍♀️

deer valley blows me away every time! love the shape - lots of separate outdoor areas, kids jungle gym, basketball hoop, little garden areas. and then there is still the interior! great layout - love how there is a separate area for dining, so better ambiance. chance, i envy you for your career choice
