this same bounce can be created by animating the scale of solid for 1 second and then adding easy ease on both keyframes. or using graph values to adjust amplitude ,frequency , and exponential decay accordingly.

very nice way of teaching. I have learnt a lot in after effects. sir m getting a problem in my after effects whenever I use my wiggle expression. in this video, you have set the frequency 50, and pixels 100 and the solid moves so fast and in good animation. but same values are not working in my after effects. at my values, solid just moves fast from one place to another. kindly help me out.
