KZbin: can rewind a livestream, there aren’t a crazy amount of ads, better quality resolution, much easier to uploads clips/VODs, etc., etc. Twitch: chat is better…. Seriously, that’s the only thing twitch does better, and I rarely use chat on streams anyway. Overall, KZbin is a better streaming platform from a viewers perspective. Unfortunately, I came to accept through lots of inappropriate questions that the pay gap does exist. I work in the research field and I have a lot of people that move from academics to corporate and in both fields, there is a gap even on countries that have equality as a strong identity of their culture. Also the gap exists in both ways, especially lately there is an insane pay gap in entrepreneurship, where females lately get a much stronger starting payment. P.S. the way that the pay gap works is also very manipulative as well. Usually when you get a job in any field you will be asked if "X" salary is fine for you. Let's say the average salary in that company is 3300€, the female candidate will be asked if 3100€ is okay and the male one 3300€. Usually if you go for higher and they are willing to give it both will take the requested salary, but females will always start lower.
