⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 舒緩氣管敏感 雪梨蘋果桔餅南北杏無花果百合湯 材料: 桔餅2個 華盛頓紅蘋果(大)2個 雪梨2個 百合50克 無花果4粒 南杏20克 處理: 1. 無花果、南杏及百合,放碗內,清水浸。 2. 蘋果及雪梨,清洗乾淨,一開四,去芯。 3. 桔餅,一開二。 4. 無花果、南杏及百合,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。 5. 無花果,一開二。 烹調: 1. 大火煲滾清水3升。 2. 所有材料,放煲內。 3. 大火煲滾,轉中慢火,煲45分鐘。 4. 煲好,熄火,焗30分鐘或以上就可飲用。 5. 如果加入肉類,就要煲一小時15分鐘至1小時半,煲好,焗30分鐘或以上就可飲用。 6. 完成,可享用。 Dried tangerine and apples soup with pears and apricot kernels Ingredients: Dried tangerine 2 Nos. US Washington apples (large) 2 Nos. Pears 2 Nos. Dried lilly 50g Dried figs 4 Nos. South apricot kernels 20g Preparation: 1. The figs, kernels and dried lilly, put in a bowl. Soak in tap water. 2. Apples and pears, rinse with tap water. Divide each into 4 shares. Remove cores. 3. Dried tangerine, divide each into 2 shares. 4. The figs, kernels, and dried lilly, rinse thoroughly. Drain. 5. The figs, divide each into 2 shares. Steps: 1. Heat up 3L of water at high flame in pot. 2. Put all ingredients in the pot. 3. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for 45 minutes. 4. Finish. Turn off fire. Leave it for 30 minutes or more before consumption. 5. If meat has been added in the soup, you have to boil for an hour and 15 minutes to 1.5 hours. Finish. Leave it for 30 minutes or more before consumption. 6. Complete. Serve.
