滋潤湯
養生壺節瓜黑木耳眉豆湯
材料:
節瓜1個
瑤柱4粒
黑木耳1兩
冬菇2隻
眉豆1兩
腰果1兩
圓肉1兩
處理:
1. 瑤柱,清水沖洗乾淨,清水浸軟,保留碗中水分。
2. 木耳,清水浸軟,切細片。
3. 冬菇,去椗,清水沖洗乾淨,清水浸軟,保留碗中水分。
4. 眉豆,清水浸半小時。
5. 腰果,清水沖洗乾淨。
6. 圓肉,清水洗乾淨。
7. 節瓜,去皮,切兩端,清水洗乾淨。
烹調:
1. 冬菇,連碗中的水分,倒入養生壺。
2. 瑤柱,連碗中的水分,倒入壺內。
3. 節瓜,1開2,放壺內。
4. 其餘材料,放壺內。
5. 加入清水至1.4升。
6. 用“煲湯”功能,煲45分鐘。
7. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Fuzzy melon 1 No.
Dried scallops 4 Nos.
Black fungus 1 tael
Mushrooms 2 Nos.
Black~eyed pea 1 tael
Cashew nuts 1 tael
Dried long ngan 1 tael
Preparation:
1. Dried scallops, rinse with tap water. Soak in tap water until they turn soft. Retain water in the bowl.
2. Black fungus, soak in tap water until it turns soft. Cut in small pieces.
3. Mushrooms, cut their anchors. Rinse with tap water. Soak in tap water until they turn soft. Retain water in the bowl.
4. Black~eyed pea, soak in tap water for 30 minutes.
5. Cashew nuts, rinse with tap water.
6. Dried long ngan, rinse with tap water.
7. Fuzzy melon, get it peeled. Cut both ends. Rinse with tap water.
Steps:
1. Mushroom, with water in bowl. Pour into health pot.
2. Dried scallops, with water in bowl. Pour into the pot.
3. Fuzzy melon, divide it into 2 shares. Put into the pot.
4. The rest Ingredients, put into the pot.
5. Add in water up to the volume to 1.4L.
6. Use "porridge/soup" function, boil for 45 minutes.
7. Complete. Serve.
